My Courses

The My Courses page is where administrators manage all courses in the system. Whenever a course is created, it appears here. This view provides tools for filtering, searching, duplicating, and exporting course data.

Key Features​

Finding Courses​

  • Use the filters to refine the course list by status, author, or creation date.
  • Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific course by name.

Course Actions​

  • Edit: Modify course details, curriculum, and settings.
  • Duplicate: Create an exact copy of a course, including all custom fields and curriculum structure. Useful for quickly building similar courses.
  • Copy Course ID: Essential for tasks like importing students or working with the API.
  • Delete: Remove one or multiple courses by selecting them and using the delete action at the bottom of the page.

Exporting Course Data​

  • Select courses and export them as a CSV for use outside the platform.

Creating a New Course​

Click "New Course" to start building a new course from scratch.
